This has been achieved by entering into pre-contracted price-fixed agreements for materials and equipment, including projects already signed with government contractors that have a price adjustment clause (K-factor) to accommodate cost volatility.

Furthermore, to strengthen cash flow and ensure stable growth amidst the crisis, the focus is on expanding the backlog of uncompleted orders to create a business safety net. As a result, the backlog of uncompleted orders reached a new record of 6,057 million baht in Q1 2569, representing a 4% growth.

The core strategy focuses on securing projects from highly stable government clients. Currently, government and related business projects (government clients) together constitute the largest base, at 72%, ensuring business stability amidst the crisis. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the company will continue to bid on infrastructure projects and focus on securing government clients to further strengthen its backlog.
