The BRRGIF fund will pay a capital reduction of 0.28 baht per unit on June 18th. Including this payment, which marks the 23th capital reduction announced since the fund's inception, the total amount paid is 5.08 baht.

May 21, 2569 – Mr. Pornchalit Ploykrajang, Managing Director, Head of Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment, Bualuang Asset Management (BBLAM) revealed that Buriram Sugar Group Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (BRRGIF) We are preparing to use cash from operations to pay a capital reduction payment (23rd installment) of 0.28 baht per unit to unitholders, by reducing the par value from 5.50 baht per unit to 5.22 baht per unit.

The record date for determining eligibility for capital reduction payments is set for June 4, 2569, and the capital reduction payment to unit holders is scheduled for June 18, 2569.

When counting since the fund was established. The BRRGIF fund has announced 24 dividend payments totaling 2.91298 baht and 23 capital reduction payments (including this one) totaling 5.08 baht.

For the first quarter of 2026, or the accounting period from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. The BRRGIF fund recognized net income of 108.18 million baht from power plants, comprising income from investments in Net Revenue Transfer Agreements (NRTAs) of 28.78 million baht and returns on investments in NRTAs of 79.40 million baht. The net investment income (after deducting fund expenses) was 25.56 million baht.

However, due to the fund recognizing a total loss of 51.60 million baht from changes in cash flows under the net income transfer agreement and from the fair value measurement of investments, the fund had accumulated losses of 26.04 million baht as of March 31, 2569.

Therefore, the fund was unable to pay dividends to unit holders for this quarter, in accordance with the dividend policy outlined in the fund management project. However, since the accounting loss did not represent any actual cash outflow, the fund still had cash from operations, which was then used to reduce capital for unit holders.
