The BTS Growth Mass Transit Rail Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF) will distribute cash from operations for the accounting period January 1 - March 31, 69, and accumulated operating cash flow, to unit holders in the form of a registered capital reduction of 0.200 baht per unit. The funds will be received on June 25th.

Date 29 May 2569 Mr. Pornchalit Ploykrajang, Managing Director and Head of Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment at Bualuang Asset Management (BBLAM). It has been revealed that the BTS Growth Mass Transit Rail Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF) will distribute cash from operations for the accounting period from January 1, 2569 to March 31, 2569, and accumulated remaining cash from operations, to unit holders in the form of a capital reduction of 0.200 baht per unit, by reducing the par value from 6.746 baht per unit to 6.546 baht per unit.

The management company has set the record date for suspending unit transfers to determine eligibility for capital reduction on June 11, 2569, and will pay the capital reduction to unit holders on June 25, 2569, totaling 8.596 baht per unit from the fund's inception until the financial results end on March 31, 2569.

Overview of performance results from January 2569 to March 2569 (Q4 2568/2569). The BTSGIF fund had total revenue of 1,150.7 million baht, a decrease of 8.0% compared to both the same quarter of the previous year and the previous quarter.

The primary reason for this decline was the decrease in income from investments in contracts for the purchase and transfer of net operating revenue from the Bangkok Mass Transit System (BTS) main line under the concession agreement, which stood at 1,146.2 million baht, a decrease of 7.9% from the same quarter of the previous year and a decrease of 8.1% from the previous quarter.

Overall, fare revenue in this quarter totaled 1,685.1 million baht, a slight increase of 0.1% compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This was mainly due to a 3.5% increase in the average fare rate compared to the same quarter of the previous year, as the previous year had a low fare base due to the government's free travel policy between January 25-31, 2568.

However, this was partially offset by a 3.3% decrease in passenger numbers compared to the same quarter of the previous year, stemming from a high passenger base due to the free travel policy in the previous year. Compared to the previous quarter, fare revenue decreased by 4.2%, primarily due to a 3.6% decrease in passenger numbers from the previous quarter resulting from fewer travel days and the end of the "Half-Price Plus" co-payment scheme.

For the accounting period from January 1, 2569 to March 31, 2569, the fund had accumulated losses of 20,723.6 million baht as of March 31, 2569. Therefore, the fund is unable to pay dividends to unit holders for this period, in accordance with the dividend payment criteria and policy stated in the fund's prospectus.
