Sansiri partners with SCB to drive a paperless transaction ecosystem, highlighting SCB Digital Workflow and aiming for a 70% paperless organization by 2035, propelling the green economy.

11 June 2569 Mr. Apichart Chutrakul, Chairman of the Board, Sansiri Public Company Limited. "Moving towards the Net-Zero goal has always been a core mission for Sansiri. In particular, this enhanced strategic cooperation with Siam Commercial Bank marks a significant turning point in revolutionizing our corporate culture towards a 'Paperless Organization' in a tangible way."

We don't view paper reduction as just a process change, but as a genuine responsibility towards the environment. Sansiri has a clear and challenging roadmap, aiming to reduce internal paper usage by 50% this year (2026) and intensively drive towards a 70% target by 2035, becoming a near-fully paperless organization through the integration of SIRI SmartSign technology with Siam Commercial Bank's Digital Workflow.

Every step in the digital transformation process will create tangible results, with the potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over 3,131.6 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent per year, or the equivalent of planting over 150 large trees, serving as a model for modern real estate organizations that grow in parallel with the sustainability of the planet.”

Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuk, President of Sansiri Public Company Limited. He added, "In this digital age, speed and efficiency are key to business operations."

Transforming an organization to a paperless workflow not only increases agility, eliminates redundant processes, and directly addresses the modern work lifestyles of employees and customers, but it also forms a crucial foundation for corporate governance. It enhances transparency, ensures accurate auditing, and completely eliminates the risk of document loss.

This also helps to significantly reduce the costs and energy lost from traveling to deliver documents. This transition is therefore not just about reducing paper usage, but about enhancing Sansiri's competitiveness to be more advanced and sustainable in every dimension.”

Sansiri would like to express its gratitude to Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) as a Trusted Partner for their unwavering support. Their expertise and innovation, such as SCB Digital Workflow, have been crucial in accelerating Sansiri's progress on this plan. This transformation is not just about reducing paper usage, but about enhancing Sansiri's competitiveness in a more advanced and sustainable manner across all aspects.

Mr. Athit Nanthawithaya, Chief Executive Officer, SCB "SCBX Group views sustainability as a shared mission across all organizations, driven systematically with technology as a tool for transformation, in order to elevate Thailand's economy."

This collaboration between Siam Commercial Bank (under the SCBX Group) and Sansiri reflects our role in creating innovations that connect the financial and real estate sectors, initiating new business models that integrate digital efficiency with environmental sustainability.

We believe that reducing resource consumption through digital processes not only increases organizational efficiency but is also a crucial foundation for enhancing the country's competitiveness and tangibly driving a low-carbon economy. SCBX Group remains committed to supporting Thai businesses in their transformation, growth, and creating a broad positive environmental impact.”

Mr. Sarach Ratanaporn, Chief Executive Officer, Siam Commercial Bank. It was stated that the bank and Sansiri have continuously collaborated in the past, and this announcement of cooperation to support Sansiri's transition to a paperless organization elevates their strategic sustainability partnership. This aims to create an environmentally conscious corporate culture by replacing traditional paper processes as much as possible with the bank's digital document processes (SCB Digital Workflow). Furthermore, it lays the foundation for a truly paperless finance ecosystem in the future. This collaboration establishes a new standard of transparent, efficient, and socially responsible business operations, and will also lead to the development of new digital products and services to meet the needs of all customer segments.

“The bank is committed to making this area of operation transparent and measurable, in terms of reducing paper usage, decreasing greenhouse gas emissions, and enhancing tangible business growth potential. This year, we will pilot Digital LG and Digital Signage, aiming for a 50% transition from paper to digital documents with Sansiri by 2026 and increasing it to 70% by 2035,” Mr. Sarach said.
