(1) The Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister shall proceed with the appointment of the Committee for the Royal Funeral Ceremony of Her Royal Highness Princess Patchara Kitiyapa Narendira Thep Yavadi Krom Luang Rajsarini Siri Patchara Maha Vajirarajathida, with the Prime Minister as chairman, the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister as a committee member and secretary, and respectfully invite members of the Royal Family to be advisors, as well as proceed with the appointment of various committees such as the Royal Funeral Ceremony Management Committee, the Royal Funeral Ceremony Management Committee, the Royal Crematorium Construction Committee, the Royal Chariot and Palanquin Construction Committee, the Public Relations Committee, the Security Committee, and inform government agencies to send officials to attend the chanting of the Abhidhamma for 100 days on a daily basis.
(2) The Ministry of Culture (Fine Arts Department) is responsible for the format of the ceremony and the construction of the royal crematorium.
(3) The Cabinet Secretariat arranges for Cabinet members to take turns attending the funeral rites.
(4) The Ministry of Interior and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration organize activities to offer merit to the people to participate in paying homage to Her Royal Highness Princess Patchara Kitiyapa Narendira Thep Yavadi Krom Luang Rajsarini Siri Patchara Maha Vajirarajathida.
(5) The Public Relations Department shall take responsibility for continuously disseminating information about the royal activities of Her Royal Highness Princess Patchara Kitiyapa Narendira Thep Yavadi, Krom Luang Rajsarini Siri Patchara Maha Vajirarajathida, and shall coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in preparing English translations.
