Media Workshop receives IMF-World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2026

On June 17, 2026, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), in conjunction with the World Bank Group, organized a “Media Workshop: Building Media Understanding of the IMF-World Bank Group Annual Meetings 2026.” Mr. Nattavut Thammasiri, Deputy Director of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), and Ms. Chayawadee Chaiyanan, Assistant Governor, Corporate Relations and Spokesperson of the Bank of Thailand (BOT), participated as speakers at the event.

This event is part of “Road to Thailand,” which Thailand will host from October 12-18, 2569, under the main theme “Thailand's New Horizons: Empowering People, Building Resilience,” emphasizing the importance of “people” as the heart of national development and economic growth.
