It was revealed that this policy meeting was held in accordance with the instructions of Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul, who gave guidelines to the Ministry of Interior and related agencies to conduct on-site investigations into the facts. If any wrongdoing is found, strict legal action must be taken against the offenders to continuously improve Phuket Province. Importantly, foreigners or their nominees must not hold special privileges at the expense of Thai people or interfere with the work of government officials. Even if there are still business operators violating the law, a middle ground must be found to allow these businesses to enter the government system for management, while still maintaining employment for the public. A key responsibility of the Ministry of Interior is to modernize laws and provide opportunities for those who have not yet complied with the regulations to register with the government as soon as possible.

The work moving forward will not be about dismantling existing problems, but rather "resetting everything so that every problem must be resolved without exception." We must improve Phuket's image, making it a more livable, attractive, and vibrant city for tourists. I ask everyone to have faith in the Ministry of Interior and confidence in the work of the Minister and Deputy Minister of Interior, who I believe will continuously resolve Phuket's problems and create a safe haven for the people of Phuket and tourists, both Thai and foreign.

As for the side Mr. Worasit Liengprasit, Deputy Minister of Interior. He said that the focus should be on what kind of Phuket we want to see going forward. What needs to be done is to clarify the Prime Minister's policies, especially regarding hotels and land, as we are trying to reduce problems of encroachment and violations of the law.
