"Best Specialized Hospitals Asia Pacific 2026" All 10 specialized fields were surveyed from leading hospitals in 11 countries across the region, including Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. The hospitals secured the number one ranking in Thailand in 8 of these fields, which are:

  • Cardiology is ranked 15th out of 125 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Cardiac surgery is ranked 29th out of 75 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Endocrinology is ranked 44th out of 75 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Gastroenterology and Hepatology is ranked 10th out of 75 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Neurology is ranked 82nd out of 100.
  • Neurosurgery is ranked 52nd out of 75.
  • Oncology is ranked 58th out of 125 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Orthopedic surgery is ranked 31st out of 75 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Pediatrics is ranked 31st out of 125 (ranked 1st in Thailand).
  • Respiratory Medicine is ranked 57th out of 75 (ranked 1st in Thailand).

Based on three main criteria: recommendations from over 1,000 medical experts across the region (83.5%), international hospital accreditation (10%), and patient treatment outcome assessments, or PROMs (6.5%).
