The Stock Exchange of Thailand has placed a "H" (highest trading volume) on CGH shares this afternoon, June 29th, following news of Webull's acquisition of Pi Securities for 2,500-3,000 billion baht.

Country Group Holdings Public Company Limited (CGH) In the afternoon trading session, news emerged that Webull Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. had reached an agreement to acquire Pie Securities for 2,500-3,000 billion baht.

The purchase and sale agreement was signed today, which is considered significant information for CGH's business operations. The Stock Exchange of Thailand has not yet received information on this matter.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand has therefore temporarily suspended trading of CGH shares from 1:45 PM on June 29, 2026, until the Stock Exchange receives the aforementioned information.
