Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited held the “Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2025” ceremony to honor partner hospitals that have demonstrated excellent service standards and have enhanced the quality of care for policyholders across treatment, innovation, and patient experience. This reflects the collaboration between the life insurance industry and healthcare facilities in developing the country's healthcare system.
Within the event, we were honored by Chuchat Pramoonpol, Secretary-General of the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC). He served as the honorary chairman and presented awards to partner hospitals, with... Sara Lamsam, Chief Executive Officer Suthee Mokkhaves, Managing Director, Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited. The ceremony was also attended by experts from the public health, business, and technology sectors.
Mr. Sara Lamsam stated that the Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2025 aims to promote the nâng standard of life and health insurance services, coupled with building strong collaboration between the company and its partner hospitals nationwide to continuously improve the quality of services.
The company prioritizes improving efficiency in all aspects, including the application of innovation and technology, upgrading service processes, and creating experiences that better meet the needs of policyholders. This will enhance the service capabilities of partner hospitals and improve customer satisfaction in the long term.
Furthermore, the awarding of these prizes motivates partner hospitals to continuously improve the quality of their services, thereby building confidence among policyholders receiving services and supporting a higher standard of service in Thailand's health insurance system.

The highest honor, “The Pink Gold of Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2025,” is awarded to hospitals that receive the highest overall score from the judging panel and customer satisfaction surveys across all aspects of their services.
The award recognizes speed, quality, and understanding of customer needs – the “Customer Centric Award”. Awarded to hospitals that demonstrate a customer-centric vision to create the best possible customer experience, the awards are divided into large and medium-sized hospital categories.
Medical Management Award “Commitment to Success Award” Awarded to hospitals that are committed to providing services and managing medical resources to maximize benefits for customers, divided into awards for large hospitals and medium-sized hospitals.

Award for initiative, acceptance, and response to new innovations "Creativity and Innovation Award" Awarded to hospitals that demonstrate continuous creative thinking and innovative approaches to maximize benefits for customers, divided into awards for large and medium-sized hospitals.
