Muang Thai Life Insurance participated in a blood donation event on the occasion of the 25th National Life Insurance Day.

Mr. Sara Lamsam The Chief Executive Officer of Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited revealed that Muang Thai Life Assurance, in collaboration with the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC), the Thai Life Insurance Association, the Thai Association of Life Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors, and the Life Insurance Fund, organized the "Blood Donation for Life" event on the occasion of the 25th National Life Insurance Day in 2569. The event aimed to encourage personnel in the life insurance industry and the general public to demonstrate their commitment to doing good by sharing blood, a precious gift to fellow human beings, and to help address the blood shortage crisis.

This year, the life insurance industry has set a ambitious goal to mobilize 20,000 donors nationwide to deliver a total of 8,000,000 cubic centimeters of blood to the reserve system of hospitals across the country. They also invite the public to donate blood at the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, Henri Dunant Street, or at mobile blood donation units near their homes nationwide.

Throughout the years, Muang Thai Life Assurance has consistently prioritized promoting blood donation through various projects. "Joy for the giver…fills the heart of the receiver." Blood donation centers are available at the company's headquarters in Bangkok and at regional branches in Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai. From 2568 to June 2569, a total of over 441,150 cc of blood has been collected, reflecting the company's commitment to creating a society of sharing, as well as the cooperation and dedication of its management, employees, and benevolent donors.

This activity is therefore not only a way to give back to society through volunteerism, but also reflects the social dimension of the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) concept that Muang Thai Life Assurance has consistently upheld, encouraging employees, agents, and the general public to participate in creating a society of sharing.
