MQDC unveils 3-year plan to accelerate the completion of big projects and boost revenue to weather the economic storm.

MQDC announced its 3-year business plan, focusing on accelerating the transfer of ownership of the final phase of its residential projects to recognize revenue immediately. It is also preparing to launch the massive 4.3 billion baht mixed-use project, "Cloud Eleven," scheduled to open on July 16th. Furthermore, the company is adjusting its portfolio to expand its recurring revenue streams across rental spaces, retail, office space, and large-scale urban development consulting projects.

July 8, 2569 Mr. Wisit Malaisirirat, Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of MQDC. The company revealed its operational direction, stating that it continues to accelerate the implementation of its 3-year business plan. The focus is on a business policy of increasing revenue concretely by expediting project completion according to schedule, while simultaneously maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.

MQDC's latest activity in the residential project sector currently includes completed and ready-to-move-in projects, namely: Whizdom The Forestias (Destinia, Mytopia, Petopia) and The Aspen Tree

In addition, we are currently accelerating construction in the final phase to prepare for the continuous transfer of ownership to customers, especially...Mulberry Grove The Forestias Project The project, which includes both villas and condominiums, is valued at approximately 20,000 billion baht. The condominium portion is expected to be completed and transfers of ownership to begin within 2569.Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit Project The project, valued at over 6,500 billion baht, has resumed construction and is scheduled for completion and transfer of ownership by 2570.

In the commercial and mixed-use real estate portfolio, the key highlight is...Cloud 11 Project The 43,000 billion baht project, positioned as a new creative landmark for Thailand and the Asian region, is scheduled to officially open on July 16th. This will be another important factor in enabling the company to gradually recognize revenue according to its set targets.

Beyond developing projects for sale, MQDC is also aggressively expanding into recurring income-generating businesses to ensure long-term financial stability. This is achieved through asset management and diverse services, including developing rental spaces for retail, office space, hotels, and serviced apartments, as well as expanding into urban development and large-scale project consulting, a high-growth market.
