The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand) confirms that it has summoned Supaporn Pimphong, the filer of form 246-2, to give a statement. The SEC is cooperating with the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECSD) and the investigation is ongoing.

July 10, 2569 Mr. Anek Yoo-yuen, Deputy Secretary-General and Spokesperson of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regarding the news reports mentioning that Ms. Supaporn Pimphong, a resident of Bangkok, was not contacted by the SEC or the police, please be informed that she is not the same person who reported the information in Form 246-2.

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand) confirms that it is currently cooperating with the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECSD) in summoning Ms. Supaporn Pimphong, who filed the Form 246-2 report, to provide a statement to the SEC and investigators.
