Preliminary investigations revealed that the establishment where the fire occurred had fire insurance with Tipaya Insurance Public Company Limited, with a total coverage of 40 million baht. This insurance covers damages from fire, lightning, and gas explosions used for residential purposes. The coverage is broken down as follows: 25 million baht for the building, 13 million baht for furniture and equipment, and 2 million baht for stock of goods and beverages. The insurance coverage is valid from March 18, 2569, to March 18, 2570.
