OR and Minor Food have joined forces, signing an alliance to expand four restaurant brands: The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, The Steak & More, and Chiho Ramen, into PTT Stations and commercial spaces nationwide. The goal is to reach over 150 branches by 2030.

Date 20 July 2569 PTT Oil and Retail Public Company Limited (OR) and Minor Food have signed an Expansion Partnership Agreement to further develop the PTT Station network and OR's commercial spaces into Food & Lifestyle Destinations. We are ready to strengthen the OR Ecosystem to meet the lifestyle needs of consumers.

This collaboration combines OR's strengths as a nationwide provider of gas stations and lifestyle spaces with Minor Food's expertise in brand development, food innovation, restaurant management, and supply chain systems, to enhance the food experience and make it accessible to consumers in all areas.

The two companies will jointly expand four restaurant brands: The Pizza Company, Dairy Queen, The Steak & More, and Chiho Ramen, a new brand developed by Minor Food in partnership with OR. These restaurants will be open through the PTT Station network and OR's commercial spaces nationwide, aiming for more than 150 branches by 2030.

OR's food business is operated through Foodellus, a subsidiary established to serve as the core driver of the food business. OR aims to invest over 2,000 billion baht by 2573 to propel the food business as one of the long-term growth engines for the lifestyle group.
