Fai-Fah by TTB organized an Inspiration Day titled "Be Cool... and Spend Money Wisely".

This event was organized to inspire and lay the foundation for financial literacy among young people before they participate in the board game design competition. "Be cool...and spend money wisely." under the project "Cool in the Thai Style by Fai-Fah TTB" 54th Edition Using board games as a learning tool can help transform financial matters into something fun and easy to understand.
How to start creating a board game that people will want to play.?
One of the key highlights of the event was the sharing of experiences from... Mr. Wattanachai Treedecha The president of the Thai Board Game Association, who has been instrumental in bringing the Thai board game industry to an international level, revealed that, "There's no fixed formula for creating a board game, but you can start with what you're interested in, whether it's the game's theme, gameplay mechanics, or the experience you want players to have." The most important thing is "fun". "Because a good board game isn't one that teaches knowledge in a straightforward way, but rather one that's designed to encourage players to think, make decisions, and participate throughout the game. It also needs to undergo multiple playtests to develop it into the most balanced and enjoyable game possible."

In addition, I would like to offer encouragement to young people who are interested in submitting their work to the competition. New ideas are a powerful force. Everyone has an equal opportunity, and outstanding work may even be developed into actual production in the future.
Financial matters are not something distant; you can start today.
Another segment that garnered significant attention was the lecture by... Dr. Wit Sitthiwekin A financial expert and history storyteller who invites young people to look at money from a new perspective through his concept. “Security” and “prosperity”
Dr. Wit explained, “The starting point of financial planning is building ‘security’ with sufficient emergency funds for living expenses, because no one can predict when the next crisis will occur. Then, you can build upon that to achieve ‘wealth,’ which requires financial discipline, knowledge of saving and investing, and proper tax planning. He emphasized that even those with limited resources can build a secure future if they manage their money wisely and with discipline.”

Voices from the youth…Learning is fun and inspiring.
Ms. Batel Joseph A student from Kajornkiat School in Phuket, one of the participants, said, "We intentionally traveled to attend this event because we were interested in the concept of integrating financial literacy with board games. Throughout the activity, we learned about saving, financial risks, and discovered that board games are not just for entertainment, but can also be used as a tool to communicate knowledge and apply it to real life."
It's time to turn your ideas into reality.
The Inspiration Day event, "Be Cool... and Manage Money Wisely," reflects that financial literacy doesn't have to be complicated or distant. When presented through fun and creative learning processes like board games, young people not only learn about planning, decision-making, and money management, but also develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and imagination through designing their own games.
This marks another significant step for Fai-Fah by TTB in inspiring Thai youth to see how creativity can be seamlessly linked to essential life skills. For those seeking a platform to showcase their potential, the "Cool and Smart with Money" board game design competition, under the "Cool Thai by Fai-Fah TTB" project (54th edition), could be the starting point for transforming small ideas into valuable works that inspire many people in the future.
