Brother partners with Yip In Soi Next to develop IDP and AI OCR solutions to transform documents into AI-powered digital data, aiming to elevate Document Intelligence and accelerate organizational data-driven and digital-first initiatives.

22 July 2569 – Brother Commercial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Yip In Soi Next Co., Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI OCR (Artificial Intelligence Optical Character Recognition) solutions. The goal is to transform document-based information into digital format, ready for use in AI systems and business management. This collaboration will elevate Document Management to Document Intelligence, a key direction for AI-driven organizations, supporting data-driven business operations and the transition to a Digital-First Enterprise.

This solution integrates AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, elevating OCR to Document Intelligence. It supports various document formats, including handwritten documents and the Thai language, automatically suggesting key information to extract. Furthermore, the system supports searching and conversing with document-based information, as well as converting data to JSON for efficient integration with ERP, CRM, and Workflow Automation systems.
