Thai Life Insurance Public Company Limited (TLI), the first life insurance company for Thai people, has been ranked as one of the ESG100 companies for 2026, for the fourth consecutive year, in the insurance and life insurance business group. This ranking was based on an assessment of 931 listed securities by the Thai Institute of Directors (ThaiPat). It reflects the company's outstanding performance in business operations that prioritize ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) aspects, coupled with the creation of stable and sustainable growth.

27 July 2569 – Mr. Kian Hin Lim, General Manager, Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited. It was revealed that being selected for the ESG100 list for the fourth consecutive year reinforces Thai Life Insurance's business approach, which integrates ESG principles as part of the organization's driving force. This encompasses everything from setting direction and strategy, risk management, product and service development, to creating value for stakeholders, thereby striking a balance between business growth and long-term responsibility towards the economy, society, and the environment.

At the same time, the company continues to develop its organizational capabilities through technology and innovation to enhance operational efficiency, while simultaneously caring for customers under the concept of "Care with Heart," which aims to deliver value and comprehensively meet customer needs.

The company drives this approach under the vision of "Striving to be a sustainable life insurance company that delivers value to stakeholders" through its TLI Sustainability Strategy, which covers three key dimensions: the economic dimension, "Trusted Partner," focusing on developing innovations and products to build confidence and meet the needs of stakeholders.

Thai Life Insurance has recently developed "Thai Life Insurance Lifeverse," based on the concept of "the only product that allows you to plan your own and your family's life throughout your life." This product provides customers with flexible life planning capabilities, covering protection, health planning, wealth management, investment, and retirement planning.

This includes passing on values and heritage to family and loved ones, or developing various e-services such as e-Payment, e-Policy, and e-Receipt. The social dimension, “Life Inclusion,” promotes universal access to financial services and knowledge, including life insurance, such as the Thai Life Insurance Opportunity Building and Career Creation project. Finally, the environmental dimension, “Infinite World,” aims to reduce environmental impact and use resources efficiently.

The company has set targets for continuous greenhouse gas emission reduction in the short, medium, and long term, along with clearly defined projects and measures to support the country's greenhouse gas reduction goals and contribute to sustainable growth at both the organizational and societal levels in Thailand in the long term.

Mr. Kian Hin Lim added that “Being ranked in the ESG100 for the fourth consecutive year is another reflection of Thai Life Insurance's ongoing commitment to sustainability. The company aims to extend ESG from its conceptual framework to its operations, connecting all dimensions of its business to strengthen the organization, deliver value to stakeholders, and drive towards a sustainable tomorrow in the long term.”

The Thai Institute of Development, a pioneer in developing business sustainability data, first published its list of 100 outstanding listed companies in ESG performance, known as the ESG100 group, in 2558. This tradition has continued for 12 years. The ranking by the Thai Institute of Development considers both environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and company financial performance.

The Thaipat Institute's sustainability rating is an independent, external assessment based on publicly disclosed information, compared to a set of ESG indicators based on criteria and principles under internationally accepted sustainability assessment guidelines and reporting standards, such as WFE, GRI, IFRS, and UN PRI.
