GHB launches “B-YOND” AI Agent to help analyze documents and speed up loan approvals.

GHB (Government Housing Bank) is moving forward with its Digital Transformation, launching B-YOND, its first AI Agent system. This system helps verify income documents, reducing the approval time for home loans and making the process faster and more accurate.
On July 30, 2569, Dr. Mahatthana Ampornphisit, Managing Director of the Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that GHB is moving forward with its digital transformation, focusing on the application of AI technology to develop work processes in order to increase service efficiency and create a better customer experience.
Recently, the bank has piloted an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) system , developing “B-YOND” as the first AI agent to drive operations towards achieving its goals. This development enhances the evaluation and analysis of all types of income documents, such as bank statements, salary certificates, and payslips. It also helps improve work efficiency, reduce loan approval times, and increase competitiveness. This marks a significant step for GHB in fully integrating AI technology into its work processes.
B-YOND is not just a technological tool, but the first AI agent from GHB (Government Housing Bank) that will work alongside employees to reduce redundant tasks, increase data analysis accuracy, and support effective decision-making.
This aligns with the fourth strategic pillar: Digital Transformation, focusing on developing a robust digital infrastructure, modernizing work processes, streamlining processes, and leveraging automation and AI to enhance internal efficiency, including the verification of loan application documents and risk assessments.
B-YOND marks the starting point of innovation, and GHB continues to drive the organization forward with data. It will develop more AI agents this year to enhance operations in all aspects. This is a significant step in transforming its role into "Beyond Housing Bank," going beyond just lending; GHB becomes a trusted partner in housing, using technology to create opportunities for Thais to own homes securely and sustainably.
