Nusra (Assakul) Banyatpiyapoj has been elected president of the Thai Life Insurance Association for a second term.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Thai Life Insurance Association unanimously elected Ms. Nusra (Assakul) Banyatpiyapoj to serve a second term as President of the Thai Life Insurance Association from 2026 to 2028. She will continue to drive initiatives to elevate the Thai life insurance business, address the challenges of an aging society, drive innovation, and build public confidence.
31 July 2569 – Thai Life Assurance Association It has been revealed that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Thai Life Insurance Association unanimously re-elected Ms. Nusra (Assakul) Banyatpiyapoj as President of the Thai Life Insurance Association for another term. This marks her second term, covering the period from 2026 to 2028, in order to continue developing the Thai life insurance industry for stable and sustainable growth.
The unanimous trust placed in her by the association's member companies reflects confidence in the leadership role of Ms. Nusra (Assakul) Banyatpiyapoj throughout her first term, during which she fostered collaboration between member companies, the government, and regulatory agencies to develop the Thai life insurance industry and effectively cope with economic, social, and technological changes.
For its term from 2569 to 2571, the Thai Life Insurance Association will continue to drive the growth of the life insurance business amidst the challenges of the global and Thai economies, the transition to a fully aging society, the increasing demand for health and retirement planning, and the adoption of technology and digital innovations to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and strengthen confidence in the Thai life insurance system.
