GUNKUL partners with LH Bank to secure a 1 billion baht green loan, moving forward with investments in clean energy.

GUNKUL has signed a sustainability-linked loan agreement with LH Bank for 1,000 billion baht, supporting investments in clean energy projects in Thailand and abroad totaling over 1,400 megawatts. This aims to expand the company's renewable energy portfolio and support Thailand's Net Zero goals.

However, the company will leverage this to drive growth from GUNKUL's investments and development of clean energy projects both in Thailand and abroad, which are currently under development, invested in, and awaiting revenue recognition, totaling approximately 1,400 megawatts. These include solar and wind power projects in Thailand, planned for gradual commercial operation between 2570 and 2573, as well as a floating solar power plant project in the Philippines, scheduled for efficient commercial operation by the end of 2570.
This includes driving a new wave of business growth by expanding investment in clean energy power plants in the country, in line with the PDP 2026 plan which focuses on significantly increasing the proportion of power plants from clean energy. This reflects GUNKUL's commitment to sustainable business operations and helps achieve the country's Net Zero goal.
