The company also approved an interim dividend of 0.41 baht per share, with the ex-dividend date set for August 24th, pending approval from the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).

For the first six months of 2026, the net profit was 3,602.62 million baht, compared to 3,405.54 million baht in the same period last year, with earnings per share of 2.11 baht.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors resolved on August 11, 2569, to approve the payment of a cash dividend to ordinary shareholders at a rate of 0.41 baht per share, payable from retained earnings. The shares will be marked XD on August 24, 2569, and the exact payment date will be announced later.
