A highlight project and a key step in expanding Bumrungrad's service network is the "Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket (BIHP)". Establishing a presence in this world-class tourist city will operate under a Hub-and-Spoke Model, connecting the capabilities of the main hospital, Bumrungrad Main Campus, with the southern region to efficiently expand patient care and referrals.

In addition to its Phuket project, Bumrungrad is also aggressively pursuing investment plans in Bangkok, proceeding with the development of a "Specialized Hospital" project on Sukhumvit Soi 1. This new specialized hospital will be built to meet the increasing demand for complex medical treatments. The establishment of this specialized hospital will further enhance the capabilities and expand the potential of the Bumrungrad Main Campus in the long term.

Meanwhile, for its existing treatment centers, the hospital is investing in upgrading the “Horizon Cancer Center” to become a truly comprehensive cancer care and treatment center. Bumrungrad is preparing to open its own Referral Office in Bangladesh to serve as a front-line center for referring patients to Bangkok for treatment, modeled after the success of its clinic in Yangon, Myanmar. Simultaneously, within Thailand, it is expanding its partnerships with corporate clients and insurance companies, as well as establishing academic collaborations with medical schools, such as partnering with Chulalongkorn University to develop AI technology for colon cancer screening, and with various other medical institutions.
