CPF is confident of continued recovery in the second half of the year, after reporting a profit of 8,951 million baht in the first six months and paying a dividend of 0.45 baht per share.

CPF anticipates a more positive outlook for the second half of the year, as meat supplies in several countries begin to balance out, supporting a price recovery. The company is also accelerating efforts to improve supply chain efficiency through AI and AgriTech. For the first six months of 2026, the company reported a profit of 8,951 million baht and paid an interim dividend of 0.45 baht per share.
Date 14 Aug 2569 Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL. (CPF) The reported sales revenue for the first six months of 2026 was 283,883 million baht. Revenue from sales in 13 overseas countries accounted for 66% of total sales revenue, while revenue from sales in Thailand accounted for 34%. The company reported a net profit of 8,951 million baht. The board of directors resolved to pay an interim dividend of 0.45 baht per share, representing 41% of total net profit.
Mr. Prasit Boonduangprasert Chairman of the CPF Executive Board It was revealed that since the end of last year, many countries have experienced a surplus of meat, including in some countries where disease outbreaks occurred in livestock farming, leading to a rush to sell large quantities of meat. As a result, the performance in the first half of this year was affected by pork prices that were lower than the levels in the first half of the year. In some countries, meat prices were lower than the cost of raising livestock, especially in China. In addition, transportation and raw material costs increased due to conflicts in the Middle East, which resulted in higher oil prices compared to the same period last year.
Due to these conditions, the company's net profit for the first six months of this year (January-June 2026) was 8,951 million baht, a decrease from the same level last year, but still within the normal profitability range of the industry, with a gross profit margin of 15% and a net profit margin of 3%.
For the second half of this year, the company sees a better trend in the balancing of meat supplies in several countries, which will lead to higher meat prices in many countries from the relatively low levels seen in the first half of the year.
Coupled with the company's focus on efficient supply chain management, collaborative product development with customers and partners to meet local consumer needs, enhanced business operations through the use of artificial intelligence and smart agriculture (AgriTech) throughout the supply chain, proactive risk management, and comprehensive collaboration with farmers and business partners to build sustainable long-term growth, the company anticipates continued improvement in performance in the second half of this year, and expects it to perform better than the first half.
The Board of Directors meeting on August 14, 2569, resolved to approve the payment of an interim dividend from the operating results for the first six months of this year at a rate of 0.45 baht per share, representing a dividend payout of 41% of net profit. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is September 1, 6 (XD August 31), and the dividend will be paid on September 11, 2569.
