TFG is pushing forward with its market-driven strategy, accelerating the expansion of “Thai Foods Fresh Market” from 748 branches to 875 branches by the end of 2569, aiming to elevate its retail business to a new S-Curve. Simultaneously, it is investing in Vietnam, including animal feed factories, chicken businesses, and pig farms, to build a long-term revenue base, capitalizing on the recovering trends in pork and chicken prices. The company is confident of achieving record-high revenue this year.

On August 17, 2569, Mr. Phet Nantavisai, Chief Executive Officer of Thai Foods Group Public Company Limited (TFG), revealed that the operational outlook for the second half of 2569 is positive. The company assesses that pork and chicken prices have passed their lowest point of the year in May and have the potential to improve further during the remainder of the year, which will be a supporting factor for the overall business. At the same time, the company continues to pursue its business expansion strategy, focusing on retail and expansion into Vietnam to create a new long-term growth base.

The "Thai Foods Fresh Market" retail business is one of the main engines of growth in the second half of the year. As of Q2 2569, there were 748 branches, a significant increase from 615 branches at the end of 2568, reflecting positive consumer response. As a result, the company is accelerating its expansion to reach 875 branches by the end of 2569, up from the original target of 850 branches.

This retail network expansion is a crucial part of the transition from a production-driven to a market-driven business. It allows TFG to reach consumers directly, enables them to use market demand data to plan production and manage inventory more efficiently, and increases the proportion of high-margin products, which will support profitability and reduce business volatility in the long term.

While its Vietnamese business remains a key growth engine for TFG , the company is currently constructing a new feed mill, expanding its chicken business, and increasing its pig farms to strengthen its supply chain and improve cost efficiency. These projects are expected to be completed gradually by the end of 2569 and begin contributing to revenue and production costs from 2570 onwards.

“In the second half of the year, the company will continue to expand its business as planned, especially accelerating the expansion of Thai Foods Fresh Market to 875 branches. We believe this will be a significant new S-Curve for TFG, coupled with investments in Vietnam, which will be a future growth engine. Combined with the potential for recovery in pork and chicken prices, we remain confident in our 2569 revenue target, which has the potential to set new record highs,” said Mr. Phet.

For the first six months of 2026, the company reported total revenue of 36,479.72 million baht and net profit of 3,521.55 million baht, reflecting its ability to generate revenue and profit amidst fluctuations in costs and economic conditions.

Meanwhile, the company's board of directors approved the payment of an interim dividend from the operating results for the first three months of 2026 and retained earnings at a rate of 0.225 baht per share. The ex-dividend date (XD) is set for August 24, 2026, and the payment date is September 10, 2026.

Looking ahead to 2569, TFG continues to expand its Thai Foods Fresh Market network and invest in upstream and supply chain businesses to support future growth. The company believes that integrating its strengths in integrated food production with its retail channels and expanding its presence in Vietnam will create a more diversified and stable revenue structure, supporting TFG's sustainable long-term growth.
