Dusit Thani reported Q2/69 revenue of 3,633 million baht, a 113.8% increase, and a turnaround to a profit of 97 million baht. EBITDA surged 550.4% to 761 million baht, contributing to a 347 million baht profit for the first six months. The company continues to recognize revenue from “The Residences at Dusit Central Park” project and is accelerating cost management to cope with uncertainties in the Middle East.

For the first six months of 2026, the company reported total revenue of 6,903 million baht, an increase of 69.5%, and a net profit of 347 million baht, a turnaround from a net loss of 243 million baht in the same period of the previous year. EBITDA stood at 1,621 million baht, an increase of 156.1%.

Looking ahead to the remainder of 2026, the company anticipates continued support from the hotel business and the gradual handover of units in the “The Residences at Dusit Central Park” project. Hotels in which the company invests are expected to remain a key driver, following a 21.5% increase in RevPAR in the second quarter driven by both higher occupancy rates and average room rates.

However, the company views the ongoing conflict in the Middle East as uncertain and potentially impacting hotels under management contracts in some areas. Therefore, it continues to closely monitor the situation and adjust its strategy, focusing on nearby international markets and domestic markets to mitigate the impact on its hotel business in the Asia-Pacific region.

At the same time, the company will continue to manage costs and expenses efficiently, and diversify its risks into real estate development and food businesses to increase the resilience of its long-term performance.
