Sansiri unveils its plan for the second half of the year, launching 9 new projects worth 1.17 billion baht. It is focusing on Phuket to capture foreign purchasing power and tourism, while also handing over 7 completed projects worth 1.86 billion baht. The company is confident of achieving its full-year transfer target of 1.75 billion baht.

August 24, 2026 – Mr. Ongart Suwankul, Deputy Managing Director of Condominium Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited ( SIRI), revealed the performance of the condominium business group during the first seven months of 2026 (ending February 31, 2026), stating that the company had achieved total sales of 16,000 million baht, or 70% of the total annual sales target of 23,000 million baht, amidst challenging real estate market conditions.

The key factors driving these successes stem from expertise in analyzing actual purchasing power and selecting the most promising locations. This has resulted in unexpectedly high demand for projects in the mid-range and affordable price segments, as reflected in projects like LOVE Charoen Nakhon, which generated over 1.5 billion baht in pre-sales during its first two days; XT 10 Ekkamai, which achieved 2 billion baht in pre-sales in its first two days; and dcondo vite, which set a record by selling out its 600-unit reservation queue in just one minute.

“This achievement clearly reflects the trust consumers place in us, resulting in Sansiri consistently holding the No. 1 Engagement Award, recognizing it as the brand consumers search for the most.”

Launching 9 new projects in the second half of the year, with a 36% market share in Phuket.

For its 2026 operational plan, Sansiri plans to launch a total of 17 new condominium projects with a total value of 29.4 billion baht. Eight projects worth 17.7 billion baht were launched in the first half of the year, and an additional nine projects worth 11.7 billion baht are planned for launch in the second half.

The focus of the second half of the year will be on expanding projects to high-potential tourist cities nationwide, especially Phuket, which accounts for 36% of the value of new projects. This is driven by strong purchasing power from foreign investors and the recovery of tourism, coupled with collaboration with global partners such as Mitsui Fudosan, Tokyu Development, and Nomura Real Estate to develop projects together.

Delivering a premium portfolio worth 1.2 billion baht pushes the transfer target to 1.75 billion baht.

In addition to plans for new project launches, the company also has seven Ready to Move (RTM) projects scheduled for the second half of the year, totaling 18.6 billion baht. A key highlight is the premium segment, with a total value of 12.3 billion baht, led by Via ARI, SHUSH Ratchathewi, and The Standard Residences Hua Hin, catering to the high-end customer segment with strong purchasing power.

The company continues to prioritize quality strategies and after-sales service, as well as the ability to manage risks from unforeseen events, such as last year's earthquake. Sansiri dispatched teams to inspect the structural safety of over 250 projects nationwide, establishing a standard of trust for consumers.

“Even though the overall industry is experiencing a slowdown, Sansiri is confident that it can achieve its target of 23,000 billion baht in condo sales and 17,500 billion baht in transfers as planned,” Mr. Ongart concluded.
