The appeal process for the "State Welfare Card" has closed, with over 5 million cases. Check these 5 cases where no document corrections are required.

The Ministry of Finance revealed that over 5 million applications for the 2026 State Welfare Card have been reviewed. They emphasized that those who did not meet the criteria must contact the relevant authorities to correct their information by September 20, 2026. They also highlighted five exceptions that do not require document corrections. Furthermore, they advised those who meet the criteria to promptly verify their identity via e-KYC to receive their benefits by October 1, 2026.

September 2, 2569. News reports from the Ministry of Finance reveal that a total of 5,011,678 individuals have already submitted appeals for reconsideration of their eligibility for the 2569 State Welfare Card program. Those who have appealed and wish to check/correct their eligibility assessment results can contact the relevant unit to verify and correct their information to match their documents/facts by September 20, 2569.

For the following cases, citizens are not required to correct information/documents at the eligibility verification agency according to the guidelines for expedited eligibility review.

1. In the case of students in the vocational education program for rural development or those pursuing qualifications at the appropriate level.

2. In the case of partners in a registered general partnership or limited partnership, or directors or shareholders in companies registered as social enterprises and community enterprises.

3. Cases where the person named in the securities deposit account has no ownership of the securities or the value of the securities is very low.

4. Cases where the account holder holds debt instruments without ownership / or holds debt instruments of very low value.

5. In the case of vehicle registration.

• • Motorcycles that are older than 15 years.
  • Cars, trailers, and agricultural vehicles, as defined by the Motor Vehicle Act, that are more than 20 years old.
    *Unless they have a high/accumulative value according to the type, model, and version specified by the Department of Land Transport.

Registration is available at 5 banks (Krung Thai Bank and the Paotang app until January 12, 70).
*Valid only for Government Savings Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Housing Bank, and Islamic Bank until October 14, 69.

Those who meet the eligibility criteria but have not yet verified their identity (e-KYC) are urged to do so promptly through the specified channels and within the specified timeframe in order to be eligible for the benefits by October 1, 69.
