FUTURERT Trust has made an additional investment of approximately 2,810 million baht in the Future Park Rangsit project, strengthening its investment portfolio in high-potential locations.

Date 3 Sep 2569 Future City Property Leasehold Investment Trust (FUTURERT) An additional investment in the Future Park Rangsit project, totaling approximately 2,810 million baht, was successfully completed on September 1, 2569, following approval from the unitholders' meeting on July 24, 2569.

Mr. Pornchalit Ploykrajang, Managing Director and Head of Real Estate & Infrastructure Investment at Bualuang Asset Management Co., Ltd. (BBLAM), as the trust manager. It was stated that this investment is a continuation of the trust's investment in the Future Park Rangsit project.

This is a project in which the trust already has an investment. Expanding investment space within the same project will help to manage assets more cohesively and efficiently, while supporting the trust's long-term income generation potential.

This additional investment within the Future Park Rangsit project covers leasehold rights within the building and the right to lease certain common areas to external parties, totaling approximately 19,817 square meters. The leasehold rights and related rights have a duration of approximately 15 years and 4 months, from September 1, 2569, to December 31, 2584, and the trust has the right to extend the period for an additional 3 years under the conditions stipulated in the contract.
