Those who meet the eligibility criteria for the "State Welfare Card" should quickly verify their identity before starting to use their benefits on October 1, 69.
The Ministry of Finance revealed that over 2.6 million people have verified their identity for the 2569 "State Welfare Card". Those who have not yet verified their identity are urged to do so through the Paotang app and at Krung Thai Bank, Government Savings Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Government Housing Bank (GHB), and Islamic Bank before the start of the program on October 1, 69.
September 4, 2569. News reports from the Ministry of Finance reveal that those who have met the criteria for the 2569 State Welfare Card registration program should remember to verify their identity (e-KYC) to be ready to use their benefits.
As of September 4, 69, there have been 2,639,799 identity verifications (e-KYC), of which 2,613,730 have been successfully verified, 26,069 have failed to verify, and 500,087 have yet to verify their identity.

- Registration is available through 5 banks, including Krung Thai Bank and the Paotang app, until January 12, 70. Government Savings Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Housing Bank, and Islamic Bank of Thailand can register until October 14, 69.
In case of authorization, identity verification can be done at one of the 5 designated registration units or banks, along with the documents required by the project.
"Applicants who have met the eligibility criteria but have not yet verified their identity (e-KYC) are urged to complete the verification process through the specified channels and within the specified timeframe."
After completing the e-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) verification process, registered users should immediately check their verification status on the Paotang app. Alternatively, if verification was done at a bank (using an EDC machine), the status can be checked immediately.
If identity verification is unsuccessful, you can immediately try verifying your identity again and check your status through the project website the day after completing the verification process.
