The Government Housing Bank (GHB) has issued seven measures: debt repayment suspension, installment reduction, interest reduction, and urgent claims processing to provide assistance and relief to those affected in the southern region.

The Prime Minister has ordered an escalation of flood response measures in the South, with preparations to declare a state of emergency following the severe flooding in Hat Yai. He has instructed the National Security Council to draft an urgent declaration and is mobilizing all units, including the military, local administrative organizations, and the Royal Irrigation Department, to provide assistance.

The SME Bank (SME Bank) has issued urgent measures to expedite relief for SMEs affected by the southern floods. The measure includes a six-month suspension of fees and installment payments to help customers and debtors revive their businesses.

BAAC is accelerating relief efforts for flood victims by offering emergency loans of up to 50,000 baht per person with 0% interest for the first six months, and rehabilitation and quality of life development loans of up to 500,000 baht per person with MRR-2 interest.
