(Thappline) to proceed with the Northern Oil Pipeline Connection Project Phase 3 (Saraburi-Angthong), linking the oil fuel transportation network through the underground oil pipeline system from the East to the North, raising the level of service efficiency, strengthening the country's energy security, focusing on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, moving towards the transition to a low-carbon society.
